Real estate auctions

Ausserhofer & Partner also acts as the judicial custodian within the framework of judicial real estate auctions/enforcement proceedings, whereby individual real estate auctions are assigned to us by the judge of the Regional Court of Bolzano overseeing the judicial auction of real estate/enforcement proceedings. 

The properties concerned will be made available for inspection by potential buyers prior to sale upon request to the judicial custodian. The custodian is also responsible for providing information about the properties concerned to prospective buyers and for fielding general questions in the course of the sales process.
